Jason has been providing tailored client services to office, industrial and retail property owners and users in Kansas City, Overland Park, Lenexa, Lee's Summit, Independence, Blue Springs and Grandview for over seven years. Jason's dedication to his clients is evident, having personally managed over $25,000,000 in transactions from start to finish. Specializing in assisting office, industrial and retail real estate owners and tenants with marketing, project leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and property management, Jason provides best-in-class results through dedicated, responsive service.

Prior to JA Dean Real Estate, Jason provided brokerage services with Kessinger/Hunter & Company, the Kansas City affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield.There he specialized in third party brokerage and advisory services for commercial real estate investors and tenants. Jason holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and has achieved the prestigious CCIM designation, adding value for his clients through a suite of decision support analytics.

Chris Tierney

Chris started his commercial real estate career with LS Commercial in 1997, where his responsibilities included contract administration and negotiations for investment and land acquisitions, industrial/office leasing and third party Landlord/Tenant representation throughout the Kansas City Metropolitan area. Chris joined Dean Realty Co. in early 2007, where he was the Leasing Manager for a portfolio of office, flex, and industrial property in excess of 1,800,000 square feet with over 140 Tenants.

Chris takes pride in the diversity of experience that he has gained and the relationships he has built throughout his 12 year career. He continues to strive to perfect the fiduciary responsibilities that are owed to his clientele. Landlord representation is an integral focus for Chris and he strongly believes that it is imperative to communicate and build a great relationship with Tenants to promote the long term success of the property.
