As president of JA Dean Real Estate, Jason provides brokerage and advisory services to commercial real estate tenants and owners. Specializing in assisting retail, office and industrial real estate owners and tenants with portfolio management, project leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, Jason provides best-in-class results through dedicated, responsive service.
Prior to opening JA Dean Real Estate, Jason was a broker with Kessinger/Hunter & Company, the Kansas City affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield. There he provided brokerage and advisory services for commercial real estate investors and tenants. Jason holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and has achieved the prestigious CCIM designation, adding value for his clients through a suite of decision support analytics.
